Al the pumps got there annual check-up as Safe Industries out of Greenville, SC brought the Draft Commander to do the job.
Highlighted Firefighter will be
Drew Padgett. Drew joined
BSFD July, 2007. Since
joining Drew has completed
Fire Officer I and Fire
Instructor I.He also serves 
the department as a 
Hazmat Specialist and
Fire Marshall. Drew looks
to serving his community
and this is why he also 
holds a Child Safety Seat
Technician Certification and
a CPR/AED Instructor Certification. 
He also has several Technical Rescue courses.

​Drew was promoted to Lieutenant April 2011 and
currently serves the department as Training Officer
